Your digital copy (PDF plus online read-aloud narration) is ready within minutes of payment, under My books. Printed orders include the digital copy too, so bedtime does not have to wait for the courier.
Printed books
- Quality check: a person reviews every page of your book before it goes to print, usually within 1 working day.
- Printing and binding: done in South Africa.
- Delivery: courier to your door anywhere in South Africa. Typical total time from payment is 5 to 9 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Tracking: we email you the tracking number the moment it ships.
Delivery cost
Delivery within South Africa is included in the price of every printed book. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.
Your address
Please check your delivery address before paying; a wrong address can delay delivery and, if the parcel is returned to us, we may need to charge for re-delivery. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at hello@herotales.co.za and we will fix it if the book has not shipped.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and resend it at no cost. See our refunds policy for details.
